The Natural Choice for IT

Data Backup

Let us keep your data safe

Do you have a plan in place that will ensure the availability of your most vital information?

Your data is valuable and should be protected. It is crucial to have multiple copies of your data, especially at least one off-site copy to help protect you from disasters such as theft, fires, floods, and ransomware attacks, to name a few. If you’re backing up your data to an external drive that you leave connected to your computer, you’re on the right path. However, when you leave that drive attached to your computer, it is still at risk of crypto/ransomware attacks. Most attacks lie in wait for weeks or even months before being noticed, and then it is too late to recover from a backup.

Most people believe that when their data resides solely in the cloud, like with Microsoft 365 that it is backed up and easily recovered. Unfortunately, that is not the case. In the absolute best-case scenario after accidental deletion or damage, you have 30 or less days to recover. Microsoft even strongly recommends consulting with a third-party to make backup copies of your data.

We can help secure your data, whether it is on your computer or in the cloud.

Workstation & Server Backup

We provide seamless and secure backups of your data to the cloud and take care of the management & monitoring to ensure everything is working as it should.

Secure

Your data is encrypted in-transit, and at-rest using industry standard methods. We usually co-manage the encryption keys to provide better support, however you can choose to retain sole ownership of the keys if you desire.

Flexibility

Our software supports file-level and image-based backups, which allows you get back up and running in less time. Saving you from losing valuable productivity. Additionally, if we’re backing up your Windows Server environment, we can restore you to Azure temporarily to speed up recovery time. Or if we’re backing up just mission critical files, there is a web portal where you’d have access to your data.

We also support backing up to local storage, such as a USB drive or NAS in addition to the cloud. Giving you more redundancy, and availability of your data.

Cost Savings

Other managed backup solutions can be expensive and force you to go “all in the cloud” and force you to manage local copies on your own. Our pricing lets you pay for only what you use, saving you money as your storage needs change. This has the added benefit of adjustable retention policies, without breaking the bank.

Cloud Services Backup

Our Cloud Services Backup protects against ransomware attacks, accidental deletion, and malicious actions by your own employees. Read more in our blog post about our Cloud Services Backup solution.

Daily Snapshots

We make six daily snapshots of your Microsoft 365 data, to help protect your valuable information and get you back up and running in the event of a problem.

Unlimited Storage & Retention

Once a snapshot is made, it is stored for ever. Separate from employee access, and unable to be detected by ransomware attackers. However, should you need custom retention policies for compliance reasons, we can accommodate that as well.

Inexpensive

Each user is licensed for backup storage, and there are no additional costs for how much data they might have. We truly mean unlimited. If a user leaves your organization, you don’t need to maintain their Microsoft 365 license either. Their data will remain backed up.
